The Library Well stocked and user friendly; the library is a hub of intellectual inquiry and research. With over 9500 titles, 35 periodicals and Encyclopedias like the Britannica and broad band internet browsing counters this treasure house of knowledge and information follows the open access system for optimum utility.

Audio-Visual Aids & Technology- Aided Learning Audio and Video equipment’s enhance the learning process in a meaningful and motivating manner. With a well-equipped demonstration cum Lecture room that houses projection systems and computers, technology aided learning is making the experience enriching to the students.

State-of-the-art classrooms Class rooms are redesigned to the demands of the changing paradigms and innovations in educational practices and precepts.There are 38 class rooms for students of classes 1 to 12 

Computer Labs Multimedia systems with internet connectivity that are configured to the changing needs of the times provide the children with hands-on-exposure to the revolutionary developments in information technology.

 The Vidyalaya has 3 sections from classes 1 to 10. In the higher secondary, there are 2 sections in the Science stream and one section each in Humanities and Commerce.

Late Payment Fine & Re-admission Fee:

         The fee is to be paid on or before the date announced to the students at the beginning of the  month due for collection. A higher contribution (Rs.5/-)[for VVN]/Late Payment Fine [Rs.5/-](for Tuition Fee) per day should be paid in addition to the prescribed fees for late payment of fee.  The name of the student will be struck off the roles if the fee is not paid till the last working day. Such a student may be re-admitted only on payment of a re-admission fee of Rs.100/- together with up-to-date dues.

  • ·         It is a day – school with school hours from 8.30 am to 2.40 pm, with half an hour recess between 11.30 am and 12 pm.
  • ·         Common split up syllabus for all classes – from I to XII facilitating uniform coverage of courses in all classes and in all Kendriya Vidyalayas throughout the country.
  • ·         Common schedule of term tests of all Kendriya Vidyalayas. Three tests – One each in a term in an academic session.
  • ·         Common Regional level cumulative test (Half yearly) and independent – evaluation of answer papers. Common regional level Session Ending Examination and independent evaluation of answer papers.
  • ·         No test / Examination for classes I and II. Children are subjected to continuous and comprehensive evaluation by Teachers. No detention in classes I and II.
  • ·         Activity based Teaching – Learning in Primary classes. Academic performance of children of Primary classes are expressed in grades.
  • ·         Academic, co-curricular and extra curricular activities are as regulated, directed and guided by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.
